This is a sign up form for American workers in high risk occupations who don't have access to PPE. Anyone in the public can donate to ship you a care package containing PPE appropriate for your job.

Nurses, paramedics, policemen, firefighters, delivery guys, warehouse workers, and other people who have to get out and keep the economy going but may not have the PPE they need to do it safely are all welcome to sign up.
