If you or someone you know believes in fair play and wants to help our Jr. Stars succeed, please nominate them for one of our NMDMHA Executive positions by filling out this form for the 23/24 and 24/25 seasons.

All nominations will be announced and voted on at our 22/23 AGM on May 2, 2023.
We will be taking nominations at the AGM as well.
If there are multiple nominations for one position, all nominees for that position will be asked to explain why they will be a good fit for that position to our membership at the AGM.
