2022 Camp Mulberry Registration Form

Please complete this form to register your student for Camp Mulberry 2022.
Students will be registered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Students have to be at least 5 years old at the time of camp.

Camps will run from 9:30 am - 2:30 pm unless otherwise stated. Our camp for Incoming Mulberry Kindergarten Students, Animals-Furry & Not, runs from 9:30 am until 12:30 pm. With enough interest, we will also offer extended care until 4:00 pm.

Fees:
Clay & Glass Camps: $375/camp for Mulberry Families; $400/camp for Non-Mulberry Families
Regular Camps: $325/camp for Mulberry Families; $350/camp for Non-Mulberry Families
Animals, Furry & Not (Only for Incoming Mulberry Kindergarten Students): $300

If you would like to register more than one camper, please complete separate forms for each child.
