CJAM 40-hr Basic Mediation & Restorative Justice Training Application Form                                          
Thank you for applying to attend our 40-hour virtual training.  Once your application is reviewed, we will contact you with additional details. If you have questions, please contact us at training@cjamcenter.org or call 812-336-8677.  2024 Winter Training Dates: Feb 1, 3, 15, 17, 22, 24, 29, March 2. Thursday evening sessions are from 7-9 PM. Saturday sessions are from 8:30 - 3:00 PM.

The cost of the training is $300. (Early bird rate of $275 by January 15, 2023.) Once you have been accepted, you may pay through our website, www.cjamcenter.org  or mail a check to CJAM, 205 S. Walnut, Suite 16, Bloomington, IN 47404.  Note: if cost is a factor, we do have a limited number of partial scholarships available.
