Thanks for your interest in helping out with the Yale Science Olympiad Invitational this year! The only requirement is that you are available on February 10th, 2024!

We encourage you to sign up with your friends (but if you're solo, that's totally cool too -- you'll still have a great time), so feel free to forward this form to anyone you know who might be interested!

Event Supervisor -- if you have already been assigned this role and helped to write the test, select this option

Assistant Event Supervisor -- if you have already been assigned this role and helped write the test, select this choice

Proctor – Help ES/AES administer, collect, and grade exams

Build Event Volunteer – help Build Event Supervisor with managing their event, usually taking time and measuring builds

Exam Grader -- no experience necessary! you'll be provided a thorough answer key, so all you have to do is mark exams! (this role is especially fun if you sign up with your friends)

General Volunteer -- this involves selling merchandise, providing directions to high schoolers around campus, and assisting with grading if necessary. We are just looking for friendly faces that are happy to assist the students :)

Photographer -- we're looking for photographers to capture moments of students around campus on the day of the tournament to be presented in a slideshow during the awards ceremony. all levels of experience are welcome.

Usher – ensuring all the participants are properly seated for the award ceremony in Battell Chapel (around 5:00 PM)

Wherever I am needed – select this option if you are comfortable with any of the above choices

Performer -- if you are a member of a performance group and would like to showcase your skills at our awards ceremony, we’d love to work with your group!
