WGC International Adventure Summit is by Invitation only. For consideration, please complete the form below. 

You will get information about the cost of the trip with your invitation. The fees do not include airfare.
After you get your personal invitation you will be invoiced directly. 

The trip covers the cost of your accommodations, some meals, the WGC Adventure Summit Service Conference and Project, Access to Private Mentoring During the Adventure.

Please keep in mind that there is the Adventure Summit in Uganda and an additional Safari in Kenya after the Summit and Service Work. If you are interest in attending the Safari please indicate so at the end of this form.
Also, if you have more than 2 people in your party, please fill out this form again with the information of the other people and indicate on the form that you are part of their party.

The Women of Global Change will fill out the local tour company's paperwork on behalf of me using the information I entered above.

All cancellations must be in writing and emailed to admin@thewomenofglobalchange.com. Voicemail and verbal correspondence do not constitute written cancellation notice. Cancellation notice will be deemed to be the date on which The Women of Global Change receives the written notification.

If you notify us, in writing within 3 business days from the date of signing this form that you wish to cancel, then we will refund you the total amount you have paid to us with respect to that WGC Summit. After 3 business days of submission, you agree that all Summit fees’ you pay are nonrefundable.
 
Summit Enrollments for the International Summit are transferable to another party at your own discretion. Request to transfer must be received in writing. Voicemail and verbal correspondence do not constitute written transfer notice. Transfer notices will be deemed received on the date which The Women of Global Change receives the written notification. Any transfer must be completed 90 days prior to the first day of the International Summit.  Transfers are not available for any future International Summit or WGC event.
