Please complete this form to become a member of the Oasis Charter High School Athletic Booster Club.
ALL proceeds can go directly to the OHS sports team of your choice or you can select to have the money go to the general OHS athletic fund.
There are (3) Membership Levels you can choose from:
1) Mako Shark Level -
($25) for the entire 2023-24 season and you receive recognition on 2 sites + social media.
2) Hammerhead Shark Level -
($50) for the entire 2023-24 season and you receive recognition on 2 sites + social media + lanyard.
3) Great White Shark Level -
($100) for the entire 2023-24 season and you receive recognition on 2 sites + social media + lanyard
+ YOU GET A FREE LIMITED TIME OHS BOOSTER T-SHIRT (Not available elswhere) deadline is 9/15/23 for the free t-shirt however, so act fast!
Here are the Steps to securing your 2023-24 Booster Club membership:
1) Complete form below and submit
2) Upon Checkout, you will receive Link for payment. You can select your T-Shirt size at Checkout.
3) Once your payment is confirmed, we will add you to the member list.
If you came in at the Great White Shark Level, all shirt orders will be processed after 9/15/23 deadline and we will have ready at the school for pick-up once they're ready. Estimated arrival 10/1-10/15/23. We will be sure to notify everyone when the shirts are there.
OHS Booster Club is now a Committee of the Cape Coral Charter School Foundation so we are working together to make this year monumental for OHS Athletics!!
