Marijuana and Social Justice in New Jersey: What Happens Now?
On November 3, after years of activism, New Jersey citizens voted to legalize marijuana. Join our panelists for an exciting event to discuss what happens now and what this historic moment means for social justice.

The event will cover:

What is going on with the law these days?
What does the vote mean for you as a student at a New Jersey school?
What can you do now in the fight to reform drug policy in the name of racial justice and against mass incarceration? How can you advocate for expungement of marijuana offenses from records?
How diverse is the marijuana industry? As marijuana becomes available in the state of New Jersey, how can you ensure that you are buying from the right sellers?

This event is hosted by the Princeton Chapter of Students for Sensible Drug Policy.

Panelists are:
Ed “NJWeedman” Forchion, Founder of the Legalize Marijuana Party
Dr. David L. Nathan ’90, Founder and President of Doctors for Cannabis Regulation
Rev. Charles Boyer, Founder of the Salvation and Social Justice
Jacqueline Ferraro, Founder and Director of the Cannabis Advisory Group
