2024-25 Small Library Strategic Planning Cohort Registration
This form should be filled out to confirm your library's spot in the small library strategic planning cohort. The cohort is first come, first serve and has space for up to ten libraries. Registration will close on September 30th or when ten libraries have committed, which ever comes first.

Please note that if we do not have five libraries registered by September 30th, we may not offer the cohort this year. Registered libraries will be notified if the cohort will NOT be held.

Upon registering, libraries will be sent a Memorandum of Understanding to fill out and return to WiLS.
