Thank you for your interest in our “Porch Pop-up!" This porch pop-up will take place at 1018 Jay Street. By completing this form, you are confirming your interest in Lower Tuck's pop ups. 

All vendor participants should complete this questionnaire and by filling out this form you agree to the following:
- Vendors will be responsible for all products, product setup, and supplies needed for the pop-up.
- Vendors will be responsible for removing/disposing of all trash
- Vendors will be responsible for promoting the pop-up and will be present at their booth during the entire sign-up duration
- Vendors will not be allowed inside private Lower Tuck building space

Please note: All vendors must complete the required documents prior to promoting their pop-ups.
