Please complete this pre-order form for the official, custom-designed 2023 BIJGA Polo Shirt. “Lehua Eruption” will be offered in Athletic Gold on Burnt Orange.  ALL BIJGa junior participants will receive ONE complimentary Athletic Gold on Burnt Orange polo as the required tournament / club play wear for 2023. 

Polos are available in Boys & Girls, Ladies, and Mens sizes. Per the manufacturer, polos are true to size.

Section 1 - Complete for your junior golfer(s) complimentary polo.
Sections 2 & 3 - Place additional orders for juniors, including families and supporters.
