The highest 16 rated NA players to sign up for this tournament will be invited based on June 23rd's snapshot.

*If someone has a work/student Visa, they can compete in the NA region if they are looking to reside in the region for a long time. They cannot compete for multiple regions and must follow a 1 year relocation rule should they move back. The rule is as follows:

"Players may not be the resident of two or more regions at the same time. Any player who relocates to a new region, will remain a resident of his or her prior region until the one year-anniversary of their relocation"
