Choir Grad Confirmation
Hello Dearest Baldwinaires,

Please confirm whether or not you are singing with us at graduation on June 1st, 2020.  (Rain date: June 2nd, 2020). In order to perform at graduation, you must also attend the morning rehearsal 8am-10am. (The Rain Date is June 2nd following the same outlined schedule).  Report times: 7:45 a.m. for practice that morning. And 6:15 p.m. for graduation that evening.

SAFETY:
All social distancing safety measures will be in place by the school district following state guidance to ensure your safety.  More information will be coming. Please bring your own mask.  (One is supposed to be provided for you, but just to be sure, bring your own).

ATTIRE: PLEASE READ!

Option #1. Solid all-black dress slacks; Solid all-white polo or button-down collared dress shirt long or short sleeve; Black socks with *black dress shoes. No tennis/athletic shoes.  No tie or jacket is required.

Option #2. Solid all-black skirt to the knees. If shorter than knees, you must wear all-black tights or leggings; Solid all-white **blouse/button-down shirt; all-black *dress shoes (preferably flats).

Note: Shoes must be black dress shoes.  Heels are allowed, but consider comfort while performing. No flip flops. Dress sandals are permitted, but they must have a strap around the back of the heel. (This prevents the sandal/flip flop from making noise when walking).  Tops must be of solid color with no logos or print on them.  We recommend all or mostly cotton for breathability.

**Blouses: All tops need to be modest and professional.  No halter tops, crop tops, tube tops, or tank tops. No cut-offs or off-the-shoulder shirts. Mid-riffs must be fully covered. No spaghetti straps allowed.  Blouses must cover the shoulders or straps must be at least 2 fingers wide.

We would like all students to participate. Please let us know if there are performance attire-relate financial circumstance preventing students from participating.  We can help.

Parking: Music students can be dropped off at the Band Lot (near the band trailers). Students performing in choir or band may also park there.

The event is estimated to end around 9:30 p.m.
