We have received and reviewed your child's online registration application.
The next step is to fill in the google form to schedule an IN - PERSON appointment with JRR office staff. The purpose of this appointment is to bring in the required original documentation to complete your child's registration. Please bring the original documents listed below.
Supporting Documents to bring are:
Proof of age, any ONE of the listed document below:
- birth certificate
- Canadian passport
- Canadian Citizenship card
- certificate or baptismal record
Proof of address, any TWO of the listed documents below: - Utility bill (e.g. hydro, gas, water),
- cable TV,
- internet, or home phone bill,
- insurance policy (home, tenant, auto or life),
- mortgage statement, rental or lease agreement or deed,
- current purchase and sale agreement,
- property tax bill
- notice of tax assessment
** If you are residing in Canada on a study permit or on a visitor’s visa, you are required to visit the Admissions Office located at 5050 Yonge Street and register there directly, as the registration cannot be completed at the school level.**
