Thank you for your interest in helping put on our upcoming G17S Conclave. Every year, the Conclave Vice Chiefs (CVCs) are absolutely instrumental at every step of the way – from planning training sessions to setting up auctions to running our trading post, these incredible individuals make Conclave happen.

This year is no different. We have an amazing opportunity to redefine our identity as a section, and with that, the Conclave experience. As a CVC, your ideas and dedicated efforts are the key to this transformation. Have an idea for a unique training session? A nail-biting lodge competition? Breathtaking shows? We’d love to help you make it happen! This document is intended to outline the roles and expectations that we have for each CVC position. If you see something you like, please contact us with your name, lodge and the position you’re interested in. 

As a CVC, you will work closely with the section officers and the lodge chiefs as we gear up for a wonderful weekend next year. You’ll meet Arrowmen from other lodges and get to make a difference in the section. In addition, you’ll collaborate with an adult adviser who will support you along your journey.
