Quick Submission Guidelines
  • Structured format: The case should follow a logical chronological progression--Begin at the initial patient contact and go forward, or begin at the most recent follow-up examination and move backward. Ideally, the presentation should be at least 250 words.
  • Show your work: In addition to describing the patient case, please provide a brief (min: 200 words) but thorough reasoning as to why the correct diagnosis is correct. 
  • One clear answer: The case should have one clear diagnosis that can be reached based on the information given. 
  • HIPAA compliance: The case should not contain any confidential information, such as real patient names.
  • One entry per form.
