D&D Workshop Registration Form
The workshop will be 30 minutes of instruction and 1 hour of play and there will be lots of room for questions as we play together.

Workshop policies:

- Preregistration is required
- You will receive an email from yourfriends@rollingtales.ca with an invoice with payment instructions.
- Registration is not confirmed until payment is received.
- Cancellation policy:

- If you must cancel your workshop, we require at least 24 hours notice and will apply your payment as a credit on your account to be used in-store or for your next workshop.
- Credits will not be issued if the cancellation takes place within 24 hours of the workshop.
