2020 has been a unique year so far due to continued navigation of COVID-19 circumstances. This form is intended to share your initial preference for your child's fall learning format - in-person learning or full virtual / remote learning.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  This is your final preference for Quarter 1 of the 2020-2021 school year.  You will have opportunity to change for Quarter 2 if applicable.
