As the team captain/registrant or parent/guardian, you are responsible for the collection of fees on behalf of your team. Registration is to submitted and paid for by June 30 . If you have registered for one of the specialty package deals, you will receive an email to confirm information such as sizing, colours and other pertinent details. All specialty package prices will be adjusted with each additional registrant. Once registration has been finalized, an invoice will be emailed and GST will be applied. Each team captain/registrant/parent or guardian is also responsible for understanding and communicating regulations set by Silver Eye Sports as well as the public health advisories determined by the Province of Manitoba related to the COVID-19 Pandemic. In the event the Province of Manitoba reverses decisions regarding sports from Phase 2 & 3 of their pandemic response, Silver Eye Sports will assess refunds on pro-rated basis for league fees; refunds will not be issued for items received as part of a specialty package. Silver Eye Sports relies upon the players to be responsible for adhering to safety guidelines in order to operate. Additional information will be communicated to all team captains regarding "Return to Play Protocols".
