The "Three Good Things Technique" Exercise
Three Good Things is one of the many techniques we use on the Mygrow platform. It focuses on two primary aspects.  First, list three good things that you can think of which have taken place in the last few days. Each should be completely positive. Next, write down what made each one possible. In other words, answer the question, "why was it possible for this good thing to happen in my life?" Make sure you understand the subtleties of the technique before completing it.
Write down your first Good Thing and then explain why you feel it was possible.
Write down your second Good Thing and then explain why you feel it was possible.
Write down your third Good Thing and then explain why you feel it was possible.

The user must implement the technique and not use it as a forum for venting their feelings.
