Memory Trees -- "Mominate" a family in need to make Memories this Christmas with a free Christmas Tree and Decorations!
This special giveaway event for fifteen families-in-need will help them grow magical holiday memories. They will come individually to a home in West Valley City to choose a tree as well as decorations to go on it!
There is no cost to "mominate" a family in need -- just fill out this form.

We're accepting "mominations" until December 3rd, and we'll contact recipients by Dec. 5th.

We'll add you to our email/texting list so you'll hear about various MomEvents that Momivate is planning!
