All WCPS classified employees who would like to request an additional review of their salary should complete this form. Prior to being granted an additional review, employees will receive a verification form to be completed by previous employers from Human Resources via email. Upon receipt of verification form(s), your request for additional salary will be reviewed. This request must be received prior to February 28, 2023.
