The aim of our project is to raise awareness about climate changes and the importance of acting in the community for fighting the phenomenon, organizing awareness campaigns and learn how to recycle and reuse different types of waste for a clean community.
The main objectives of the project are:
- to develop the knowledge about climate change and ways to combat it for 36 participants from 6 countries, during the youth exchange;
- to develop the skills and competences needed by the 36 young people, from 6 countries, to organize awareness campaigns about climate change in their communities, online and offline;
- to develop knowledge and skills for 36 young participants from 6 countries to organize recycling and reusing workshops in their communities, after the youth exchange;
- to develop digital skills for 36 young people coming from 6 countries, in all stages of the project, by learning how to use online tools to communicate and multiplicate information about climate change
PARTICIPANTS
We expect from each partner a number of 6 participants and 1 experienced group leader (The age of participants is 16 – 25 and the group leaders 18+):
- people interested in learning how to protect the planet
- interested in getting involved in their community through ecology activities and campaigns.
- open minded, friendly and be able to understand English at conversational level at least.

The working language of this project is English.
Participants are responsible for their own travel and health insurance.
Conditions for participation:
- Every individual who will participate in the programme is obliged to participate in the activities organized and to fulfil their responsibilities within the scope of the project;
- All participants need to organize the follow-up and
dissemination workshops in their communities in cooperation with sending organisation Center for Euroinitiatives to share their experience and
knowledge gained in May-June 2024.
