MK Solidarity Serving Request Form
IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we do not recommend large unmasked indoor gatherings. We do see the necessity of direct action in the form of demonstrations and protests and will be prioritizing these events, as well as mutual aid food programs.

Solidarity Servings are free vegan meals prepared in advance with love and care for community centred events inline with our mandate. Requests must be submitted at least two weeks in advance of your event and are reviewed every Monday at 9AM. If a request is submitted less than two weeks in advance we cannot guarantee a serving for your event, and chances are we really want to, so please submit early!

Groups approved for solidarity servings are expected to pick up their food from our kitchen, as well as clean and return Midnight Kitchen's dishes within a week of their event, the specific day will be determined at time of pick-up.

What is your organizational protocol around the Covid-19 pandemic? (ie. do you require participants to mask when possible, and socially distance when possible? If you're hosting a large indoor gathering what are you doing to ensure disabled and chronically ill people can participate? Are there hybrid options?)
*
Will you be charging for entrance to your event, or for the food? If so, how much and will it also be Pay-What-You-Can?
