Unless U is a non-profit organization committed to fostering the growth of adults with disabilities academically, spiritually, physically, socially, and vocationally. We provide a college-like experience for our students through academic, social, and extracurricular settings. Our services create an environment that promotes independence and social flourishing.

Operating Information:
- Hours: 8:30AM-3:15PM (early and after school care is available)
- Location: 737 Chestnut Street, Vestavia Hills, AL 35216
- Fees:
       - Five days a week (M–F) - $700/month
       - Three days a week (M/W/F) -  $440/month
       - Two days a week (T/Th)- $360/month
       (Tuition assistance may be available)

Preview Day Dates:

     Thursday, April 4th
     Monday, April 8th
     Tuesday, April 16th

Preview Day Schedule

9:45–10:15 Meet and Greet
10:15–10:45 Hear about the program
10:45–11:00 Parents meet with the Program Director while prospective students share snack  
11:00–12:00 Assessment hour: Individual families will meet with and Unless U administrator for a brief    interview and assessment. Families are free to go or stay and mingle until the time is done.

Unless U shall accept only young adults whose capabilities enable them to benefit from the program, and for those whom either program is adequately staffed and equipped to provide care.​ Unless U does NOT tolerate bullying, self harm, or dangerous behavior. Unless U shall not admit or maintain any young adult whose needs we cannot appropriately meet or whose behavior would be dangerous for other students in the program.

*Unless U and Post Place are independent organizations and do not accept the Medicaid Waiver*

Tuition Assistance
Tuition Assistance may be available on a sliding scale based on family need and degree of student fit within our program. A staff member will discuss options with you during the interview and provide any necessary forms to complete tuition assistance application.
