　　　※Undergraduate and graduate students are not required to pay the registration and presentation fees.
　　　※The conference is subsidized by the Faculty of Comprehensive Psychology, Ritsumeikan University.
　　　　Therefore, the participation and presentation fees are free for undergraduate and graduate students, faculty and staff.
　　　　Please present your student/faculty/staff ID on the day of the conference.

抄録作成要領

　1. こちらをクリックし、抄録原稿様式をダウンロードしてください。
　2. 必ずダウンロードした様式を使用し抄録を作成してください。

　3. タイトル、発表者、所属、キーワード、目的、方法、結果、考察　の順で記述してください。

　4. タイトルはMSゴシック12pt、他はMS明朝10.5ptを使用して作成してください。

　5. 様式の字数や余白は変更せず、A4用紙１枚に収まるように作成してください。

　6. 所属機関等の研究倫理審査委員会の承認を受けて実施した研究であることを原則とします。

　7. 作成した抄録のファイル名は、「form筆頭著者の氏名」としてください。 例）form立命花子

　8. 抄録提出締切
　　下記の演題登録後、8月31日（木）までに 大会事務局（hwelfare2023@gmail.com）にメールでお送りください。

　2. Please make sure to prepare your abstract using the downloaded form. 

　3. Please write in the following order: Title, Presenter, Affiliation, Keywords, Purpose, Methods, Results, and Discussion. 

　4. Use MS Gothic 12pt for the title and MS Mincho 10.5pt for the others. 

　5. Do not change the number of words or the margins of the form, but make sure that it fits on a single sheet of A4 paper. 

　6. In principle, the research must have been conducted with the approval of the research ethics review committee of your institution. 

　7. The file name of the prepared abstract should be "name of form first author". Example: "form Ritsumei Hanako

　8. abstract submission deadline
 　　After abstract submission, please send your abstract to the conference secretariat (hwelfare2023@gmail.com) by August 31 (Thu.). @...) by August 31 (Thu.).

発表様式

　1. 口頭発表（発表10分、質疑5分を予定）のみとします。

　2. 発表資料は、MS PowerPoint、Googleスライド、Apple keynoteなどで作成してください。


　1. oral presentations (10 minutes for presentation, 5 minutes for questions) only

　2. presentation materials should be prepared in MS PowerPoint, Google Slides, Apple keynote, etc.


演題採否

　1. 9月10日ごろに学術集会ホームページに掲載いたします。

　2. 採否は大会長にご一任下さい。


　1. the abstract will be posted on the conference website on or around September 10. 2.

　2. please leave the acceptance or rejection to the conference chair.

 なお、自動返信メールは送付せず、事務局が確認し1週間以内に受付メールを送付します。提出後、1週間たっても事務局からのメールが届かない場合は、恐れ入りますが再度ご連絡ください。
