As the head coach, I understand that I am responsible for the equipment that the Bonham Baseball Softball Association has allowed me to check out for the 2024 Baseball and Softball season. Below are the terms and conditions outlined.

• I understand that I must return all pieces inside of the bag at the end of the season.

• I understand that if I do not bring back the equipment, I am responsible for replacing the equipment at cost.

• I understand that if I do not bring back the equipment, I will not be considered as a head coach or assistant coach until I bring back the equipment or pay to replace it.

• I understand that it is my responsibility to keep up with all pieces of the equipment.

• I understand that if something is broken or has natural wear and tear, I will immediately call a board member to have the equipment replaced quickly.

• I understand that if something is broken due to my own negligence, I will be prompted to pay the cost of the broken item(s).

By signing below, I agree to the above terms and conditions and will uphold this contract.
