Pick up and Dismissal Permissions For ROCS Students

This form is to share dismissal and pick up permissions with the school for your child. Only children in Upper Middle Grades (Grades 7/8) may leave on their own with parent/guardian permission which you may list here.

Parents/guardians MUST get out of their car and receive children from their child's homeroom teacher in person.

Royal Oak staff will not dismiss a child to anyone other than the main pick up designate listed here unless notified by the office IN WRITING in advance of 3: 00 pm on that day.
