2020 LSM Winds Interest Form
Thank you for your interest in LSM Winds!  You should expect to receive more information regarding our auditions in your email over the next few weeks after completing this form.  We look forward to you potentially becoming a member of the LSM Family!  Auditions will take place on Sunday 11/10/2019 at Gerisch Middle School in Southgate from 11:30am-3:00pm.  Callbacks will take place the following week - same place and time.
