Please complete the short survey listed below to express your interest in the virtual instruction program for the 2023-2024 school year.

The virtual instruction program is for CCPS students who demonstrate a significant need to receive instruction in a virtual setting, instead of the traditional in-person setting.

Admission into the program is being done on a limited, case-by-case basis.  Once a registration request is submitted, the request is reviewed and the parent/guardian is contacted with more information.  This may take two to three business days.  Initial contact will be made via the email address that is provided in this form.  Therefore, it is important that this email address is current and regularly monitored.

Only students who cannot attend in-person instruction and who have demonstrated a strong academic track record will be admitted into this program.

Students admitted into the virtual instruction program will remain CCPS students.  The school calendar for virtual students will be very similar to the calendar for our face to face students.   These students can still participate in after-school activities and other school events.
