We also have an Easy Read survey for people with an intellectual disability.
This survey should take about 10 minutes. You don't have to answer every question. Your answers will be sent to us when you press the 'submit' button in the final section.
Some of your answers may be quoted in our report, but you won't be identified. The final report will be sent to the Disability Royal Commission and the Australian Government, and published on the Inclusion Australia website.
