UNL RUGBY ALUMNI SURVEY
This survey is broken into two sections, demographic info and playing career info, the former should only take 5 minutes maximium to complete, the latter may take a little longer depending on how thoroughly you complete.


This survey is important in that it addresses three important goals:

1) It will help us develop an up-to-date and more complete alumni database.
2) It will provide us with demographic data to form a 'history' of the club to actually record and post.
3) We would like to send out a quarterly or bi-annual Alumni newsletter, to keep everyone informed on the university team and include bios on different alum in the form of "where are they now" showcases.
