A destination retreat to transport you out of your normal, comfortable environment into the luxury of your dream environment, to facilitate healing and cleansing of the body and mind, in order to create the optimal environment for clear and easeful manifestation.

This in-person retreat experience will enhance accountability and support, otherwise attempted in the online space.  

Our intention is to hold space for you while you learn what triggers specific cravings and provide hands-on guidance on how to move through it in the moment.

Jamaica was selected as the location for this retreat experience because it is my motherland and holds so much cultural significance in the holistic healing space. The island is fruitful in farmland and the Elders hold much knowledge of the healing benefits of organic vegetation and herbs.

Experience:
- Farm to plate dining
- Personal plant-based chef
- Learn the benefits/ uses of herbal remedies
- Daily exposure to nature's medicine (sunlight, soil and water)
- Daily guided meditation and mindfulness practices
- Connect to wildlife at an animal sanctuary

- Express your heART at our nightly open mic sessions
- Relax on the white sand beach, sun bathe and enjoy all that Mother Nature has to offer

This is a 5 Day, 4 Night destination retreat experience which includes accommodation, food and activities listed. Price DOES NOT include airfare.

The energy exchange for the VEGANEASE DETOX RETREAT is $3,333 USD pp. Deposit required to guarantee your spot is $699 USD. PAYMENT PLANS ARE AVAILABLE.
