The 2023 System Conservation Pilot Program is a funding opportunity is voluntary, temporary and compensated for
water conservation actions that result in Conserved Consumptive Use in 2023. The application due date for the 2023 program is February 1, 2023. We recommend attending the UCRC Webinar, Wednesday, Jan. 18 (link found on CRWG webpage). Webinars will be recorded and posted on the Colorado River Working Group webpage for those who are unable to participate.
We highly encourage potential applicants and any agents to walk through the RFP and application and submit questions to scpp@ucrcommission.com prior to the Jan. 18th webinar &/or this form for the Wyoming SCPP Q&A Webinar, Thursday, Jan. 19th. The more questions received the more common questions can be identified. This Q&A form will remain open for the remainder of the application process and readily responded to when emails are given (but are optional). Multiple form submission is encouraged if new or more questions arise. Future webinars will be published on the webpage and to those who subscribe to the Public CRWG listserv and the govdelivery listserv.
The CRWG webpage has also been updated with the CRWG meeting presentations. The SCPP and Conserved Consumptive Use slides are first in the deck. There is a recording of these presentations being prepared to post as well.
