Thanks for your interest in participating in the Spring 2019 Turn Corks Into Cash sweepstakes.  

Eligible entries are links to publicly posted original images that include a bottle(s) of Louis Jadot or St.Francis wine, include hashtags #CorksIntoCash and #sweeps,  include brand tags @lovejadot and @stfranciswinery in the post caption and are posted on Instagram, Facebook and/or Twitter between April 11-30, 2019.

Fill out this form and submit the link to your social post by midnight PT on April 30, 2019.   One submission per person, per link submitted but participants may submit up to 3 links per day per original image.  

The same image cannot be posted on multiple days.  (For example, the same image post cannot be posted over and over throughout the promotional period.)

Winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries and will be notified by email no later than May 31, 2019.  Prizing includes a $250 Visa Gift card which will be provided to winner via USPS.  Winner has 30 days to claim their prize.
