SCHOLARSHIPS 
Complete this section if you would like to sponsor an academic scholarship to one or more deserving HOSA members. Scholarships must be a minimum of $250 per award. Scholarship sponsors are invited to present the award to the selected recipient.

COMPETITIVE EVENT SPONSORSHIP 

Complete this section if you would like to sponsor one or more competitive events. Sponsor is requested to provide four judges/event personnel. The sponsor will support event costs and award the first-place finalist (individual or team) funding to cover their registration fee to the HOSA International Leadership Conference. Sponsors will have their logo displayed on signage at the event, name listed by the event in the program/app and recognized during the Grand Awards Session. 

Sponsors of skill-based events will also provide a 30-45 minute CE Skill Demo & Career Spotlight webinar.
