Want to consign but don't have time? We offer a VIP consignor service. We will do all the work for you and you'll make 35% of your sales!

Please sign up and we will contact you to arrange a meeting place to pick up your items or find a drop off time. Time and space is limited for VIP consignors. In order to participate in the VIP program, you must sign up for a slot in the next section. Items passed onto VIP processors that are not up to Rhea Lana's seasonal and quality standard will not be entered. Please provide your best.

As a VIP consignor, you will receive 35% of your total sales less the consignor fee. To participate:

The VIP processor will get from you your sorted and freshly laundered items in a bag or cardboard box. We are no longer accepting plastic bins that need to be returned. We are unable to accept items with stains, broken zippers, missing buttons, etc. Please make sure you are sending your BEST items. Items that are not in great condition, will NOT be entered. Rhea Lana's will not be responsible for matching outfits, and your items will sell better together. Check toys and gear to insure they are not recalled and are in great working condition. If a toy requires batteries, it must have working batteries installed. **Please see list below of items that we will accept as well as those that we will not.

You will review and sign a VIP agreement.

Your processor will sort, tag, hang (if necessary), price (according to Rhea Lana’s pricing guide), enter and drop off your spring and seasonal merchandise. Please be prepared to commit to whether you would like your items included in our half price sale the last few days of the event if it does not sell at full price (strongly recommended). If you opt not to sell it at half price, it will remain on the sales floor at full price. The processor will also ask you if you would prefer to donate your unsold items or pick them up. Donations will go to local charitable organizations and local foster families.

You will receive a free consignor shopping pass for our private pre-sale in person or via email prior to the event. You may watch your sales grow during the week via our website or your smart phone (https://decatur.rhealana.com/wixenroll1.asp)

If you have indicated that you would like to pick up unsold items, these items will be ready for you to pick up on the Sunday following the last day of the sale. Date is TBD. Consignors who do not show up to pick up will have their items donated automatically. You will need to pick up your items on the designated pick up day and time or have someone do so on your behalf. Once the sale date is announced the date will be posted on social media and emails will be sent out.

**We Do Accept:
Spring, summer and Easter Boy's & Girl’s clothing (All Clothing must be seasonally appropriate, clean and odor-free. Outdated clothing does not sell well.) We will take jeans, however please no heavy coats, ski pants, heavy boots, etc. This next sale is for Spring and summer items.
Boy's and Girl's Junior sizes in teen styles. (seasonally appropriate).
Infant clothing – (All Clothing must be seasonally appropriate, clean and odor-free. Outdated clothing does not sell well.)

Shoes must be clean, no odors, not overly worn and velcro must be free of debris. Please only gently used!

Baby equipment (strollers, high chairs, pack n' plays, swings, bouncy seats)
Children's furniture
Car seats - Please check to make sure your car seat is not expired or under a recall. Expired or recalled car seats will not be entered into the sale. (We also have a waiver that you will need to complete.) Car Seats must be manufactured within the last 5 years or have a printed expiration date on the seat.
Nursery/Child's room accessories - bedding, room decor
High quality toys (must be in working condition- please check all battery compartments for battery acid leaks), books and video games (must be in working condition)
Sports equipment and accessories (clean and free of dirt)
Maternity clothing -in style and in good condition, nursing tops, bras and other related items.

Boy's and Girl's Junior sizes in teen styles. We accept boys and girls sizes up to size 20 and junior sizes up to 15 in teen styles. Acceptance of adult sized items in juniors clothing is at the discretion of Rhea Lana's. Lululemon item sell fast and we accept those in men's or women's sizing.

Any battery operated toys, swings or bouncers that do not function.
VHS Tapes
Any item that is stained, torn or overly worn.
Items with missing buttons, broken zippers or lost parts.
Bags of loose toys - unless theme oriented (i.e. bags of all army toys, Barbie toys, all cars and trucks, etc.)
Most Stuffed Animals - We will only accept TY, Beanie Baby, Disney, Build-A-Bear, Sesame Street or other name brand stuffed animals, or if they vibrate or sing, must be in like new working condition.
Underwear/Bra - unless it's in original unopened package. Exception is nursing bras.
Used Pacifiers, bottle nipples, or breast pump tubing

Used socks unless they are in like new condition
