Threads of Change does require annual verification of fostering by way of placement letter. We agree that all items we receive from Threads of Change are for children in the foster care system. We understand that all items are to stay with the child, if child moves to another home (exception is large items such as furniture/baby equipment etc). Threads of Change asks that baby equipment be returned once the child is done using the equipment, so another child can benefit from the item. We agree not to sell items received from Threads of Change. *
