▶︎申込書をご提出いただきましたら、入会時諸費請求書を含む入会パッケージをお送りいたします。
Once we have received your application form, we will send you a registration package including a tuition fee invoice.
▶︎入学時諸費（入学金・年間教材費・年間施設費)・ご入学月の翌月までのお月謝）については、銀行振込でお支払いください。
Please pay the initial fees (admission fee, annual resource fee, textbook fee) and monthly tuition fee for the enrolled month and the following month by bank transfer.
▶︎上記学費のお振込が完了した時点で、正式なお席の確保となります。
Your child’s place will be officially secured once the fees above has been paid.
▶︎入会パッケージに同封されている「2021年度こども英語教室保護者のための手引き」」を入金前に必ずお読みいただき、内容に同意いただいた上でご入金を願いいたします。
Please ensure that you have read and understood the contents of the “Kids English Club Handbook for Parents School Year 2021-22” enclosed in the registration package before settling your payment.
▶︎一度お納めいただきました入学金や学費について、スクール側に非がある場合を除き、お支払い以降の返金はお受けいたしかねますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
Please note that once payment has been made, the school will not be able to refund any fees unless the school is at fault.
▶︎スクールカレンダーの通り、各曜日年間４０回レッスンございます。月によりレッスン数は変動しますが、固定お月謝制となります。ご欠席された場合のお振替は基本的にお受けしておりません。
There are 40 lessons per year on each day of the week, as shown in the school calendar. The number of lessons may vary from month to month, but the monthly fee is fixed. We generally do not accept make-up lessons for any absences.
