Our vision is to increase the representation of black-owned women businesses through resource advocacy, empowerment, and education. Our mission is to empower black women to develop and monetize their purpose and to impact business growth and community.
We are so excited to mentor you for 6 weeks in our HBCU cohort program. We chose HBCUs because we want to give back and serve our community. We know how important representation is in society and we want to give you a head start. With this project, our goal is to provide you with soft skills such as mindset, purpose, business acumen, customer service, and so much more. With this, it will prepare you to transition successfully into corporate america by choosing a career that aligns with your purpose and future business. Please complete the questions below.

Requirements:
Must attend Drake, Oakwood, or AAMU OR High School Senior
Must be 18-24 years old
Must be available on Sunday from 3pm-5pm
Must attend all classes to finish program
Must be open to volunteering at least 3 events per year
Must be able to be a campus advocate(such as participating in vendor opportunities, pitching program, etc)
