Engineering Ambassador Application Form

We (Manchester Metropolitan University and Sheffield Hallam University) are looking to recruit nine volunteer engineers to act as ambassadors on an exciting outreach project, funded by the Royal Academy of Engineering via their Ingenious awards. Ambassadors will visit schools to champion engineering – simultaneously learning and teaching Year 5 children how smart materials, such as metamaterials, are used in sports shoes, inspiring the next generation of engineers.
