District Conference Qualifier Not Attending (or Not Competing in their District Conference event) at the State Conference

We will inform the alternate on your behalf that they can compete at the State Conference in place of your student.

Please only one student or team per submission. If you have additional students/teams, please submit another response.

DEADLINE: February 1, 2024 to ensure that all alternates that are eligible to compete are contacted in a timely manner to be included in chapter’s State Conference housing assignment.

Chapters that do not inform us if a qualifier is not attending or competing in their District event by the deadline will run the risk of being placed on a list to not to be notified any alternates for one year. Which will be for the 2024 International Conference and 2025 State Conference.
