MLT Family Audition Form

Macon Little Theatre in partnership with the Academy of the Performing Arts

If cast, I understand that I will be called upon to provide the following:

-Prompt attendance at all rehearsals and performances

-Transportation to and from all rehearsals, public appearances, and performances

-Close toed shoes for rehearsals and performances

-All necessary documentation be provided on schedule

-Additional support through volunteering for a variety of support duties including

-Some set construction/painting/cleanup

-Some help with costumes/hair/makeup/props/etc.

**Macon Little Theatre is a community theatre.  All of our actors are volunteers.  There is no compensation, housing, or transportation provided as part of a production.**
