Rental Gear Form- Fall 2022
Please fill out this form if your child needs any rental gear. Rental gear is done on a first com, first serve basis. We have a limited amount of gear and will be renting/loaning it out in the order we receive these forms. We do not have a rental fee this season but ask that all gear is returned to your teams' manager at the end of the season. Rental gear that is not returned has to be replaced at the expense of the club.
