Session Description
Reimagine Hospitality - The Digitized Guest Experience

During a time when working from home, grocery shopping online, and visiting the doctor through an iPad are commonplace, technology and digital solutions have stepped up to meet these new needs. Today, hotels are working with a different customer – one who has adapted to this digital world, and who will expect digital solutions. With technology developments happening faster than hotels can even implement them, what data and tech solutions actually matter?

This session will dive into technology trends and share tips and tools to keep up with changing times and evolving guest expectations.
