We have two options available to you: Rent the theater or collaborate with Shelter on production.
Option 1: RENTAL PRICING
Required prices for theater rental:
- Theatre event rental fee: 500 x hour used
- Staff: 100 x hour
- Cleaning fee: 300 x event
Optional add-ons for theater rental:
- Audio and Light or projector: 400 x hour
- Marketing (includes a digital flier, ongoing promotion in multiple SMA FB groups, including Shelter Theatre Facebook): 600 per event
Space not reserved until rental fees paid. Please also include set up and tear down time in your rental fee. The renter would keep 100% of ticket sales. Shelter Theatre keeps 100% concession funds.
Option 2: COLLABORATION ON PRODUCTION
If you are interested in collaborating with us to produce your show, concert or event, the theatre covers all the costs associated with staffing, cleaning, lights/sound and marketing. It would include a rehearsal and performance(s). In this case the ticket sales first go to cover costs (calculated individually for each show or artist, depending on what all is needed), and then the artist/production keeps the remainder. Shelter keeps 100% of the concession funds.

All funds brought in first go to pay the staff and then profits are donated to Teen Connect SMA to provide social and educational programming to the Youth of San Miguel.
