Payment and Fees

AAA reserves the rights to change the fees to their programs at any time so long as 10 weeks notice is given to participants for individual program blocks (excluding Holiday Programs and Performance Program).
Payment is required within 14 days of receipt of invoice, unless a payment plan has been arranged with AAA prior.
AAA has the right to charge a 15% late payment fee on all overdue fees.
Payment must be made in either cash, cheque or via Direct Deposit
Participants are entitled to one free trial class (excluding one-off programs such as holiday programs)
Invoices issued for costumes must also be paid via cash, cheque or Direct Deposit within 14 days of receiving the invoice, unless prior arrangements have been made with AAA.
Invoices issued for performance fees must also be paid via cash, cheque or Direct Deposit within 14 days of receiving the invoice unless prior arrangements have been made with AAA.

Absences and Cancellation

In the case of a cancellation of a program, AAA requires 21 days of notice in writing. Fees will only be refunded from the point after the 21 days notice.
In the case of natural disaster, teacher illness or other serious activity limiting events causing class cancellation, AAA will endeavour to reschedule the class at another time or will transition to online learning as appropriate.

Health and Safety

Certain AAA sites have policies on restricting certain foods (for example, banning watermelon when a student has an allergy to watermelon). All participants, staff, volunteers and other members of the community must abide by this.
At times, physical contact may be necessary from staff to participants to assist with positioning in dance, standing transfers and other areas. Care is taken at all times and permission is sought, as in line with AAA’s Participant Protection Policy.

AAA reserves the rights to change these Terms and Conditions at any point, requiring they provide participants with 30 days notice.
