CRIWB brings on therapists who can commit to working at CRIWB. We find that clinicians are more invested in our culture and mission this way, and we want a healthy work/life balance for our team. Will you be working in your own private practice or at another group practice if employed at CRIWB? *
Our practice is very collaborative. We focus on helping the community by way of marketing, networking and providing community speaking engagements. Are you comfortable with this? *
Our practice strives to be inclusive. We provide supervision and training to assist our therapists in offering a sex-positive and nonjudgemental space by focusing on "the person of the therapist" and clarifying their own biases and limitations.  Are you comfortable working in this type of environment? *
Our clinicians are able to work independently and follow directions easily.
