Media Center Survey for Parents/Guardians
This is a survey to check in with our parents and guardians on the effectiveness of our library services.  The Media Center is a central hub of our school.  It is a place for reading, research, and activities.  We also hold meetings, conduct testing and more! We hope it is a place where all students feel welcome.  Please let us know what we are doing well and what we could improve upon.  Thank you!

I am considering having a creativity station/maker space in the Media Center next year.  This would be a space where students could create with different items (related to the curriculum or to relax).   Please let me know if you have any thoughts for or against this idea.
If we have a maker space/creativity station we would need supplies.  If you would be able to donate supplies please let me know.  Possible supplies would be colored paper, magazines, legos, yarn, glue, crayons, markers, craft supplies, etc.
