1. Registration and Payment

Initial Deposit: An initial non-refundable deposit of $200 per week per camper is required at the time of registration. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of the camp.
Full Payment Deadline: The remaining balance of camp fees must be paid in full by May 1, 2025. Failure to pay the full amount by the deadline will result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund of the deposit.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation Deadline: Campers who wish to cancel their registration must do so in writing by May 31, 2025, to be eligible for a refund of any fees paid beyond the initial deposit.
No Refunds After Deadline: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after May 31, 2025
All cancellation requests must be made in writing and can be emailed to learningattg@gmail.com. The time and date stamp of the email will serve as the official time of your cancellation request.

3. Changes to Registration

Schedule Changes: Changes to the registered camp sessions, such as switching weeks are permitted until two weeks before the camp start date, subject to availability.
Transfer of Registration: Camp registration is transferable to another eligible participant up to two weeks before the session begins. The original camper's family must provide written consent for the transfer.
